Biography:
The accomplice of Russian occupants – Pikul Elena Aleksandrovna was born on November 15, 1983 in the city of Energodar, Zaporozhye region. Since 2003 she worked in the Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Energodar. She also held positions in the Education Department of the Energodar City Council, the Executive Committee of the Energodar City Council and the Energodar City Employment Center.
After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Elena Alexandrovna began to support the arrival of the “liberators” and actively showed her pro-Russian position.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
In April 2022, the traitor agreed to cooperate with the occupation authorities and is now setting up social activities in the temporarily occupied territories under the leadership of the pseudo-authorities and gauleiters of Energodar.
Now the collaborator occupies the position of the head of the department for family affairs of the administration of the city of Energodar, namely she received a position from the occupants – t.nz the head of the department for minors and protection of their rights. The traitor is also the organizer of many social projects in the city under the occupation authorities. Pikul even applied for grants from Russian social programs.
Pikul also became a member of Russian movements and Russian humanitarian headquarters and helped the occupation administration in every possible way in organizing various events. In addition, she was engaged in (organized) the evacuation of children from Zaporizhzhya region under the guise of resting in a summer camp.
But the traitor cannot hide from the law. Pikul Elena will have to answer to the law for supporting the occupation troops and spreadingpro-Russiansentiments. The collaborator will receive a fair punishment.
