Biography:
Shpakov Yevgeny Vitalievich – “rescuer”, traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on October 17, 1991 in the village of Teploe , Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Evgeny lived in Teploe and served first in the special security unit “Titan”, and then in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. He did not receive a higher education. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Shpakov defected to the Russian occupiers and became a traitor to Ukraine.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as the Russian invaders entered Teploe, Yevgeny vilely betrayed his native country and volunteered to “assist” the invaders. The latter appointed Shpakov as a “driver” in the so called “so called. “59th Fire and Rescue Unit of the LNR Emergencies Ministry,” which is “stationed” in the village of Petropavlovka.
Unfortunately, Eugene was not in the business of saving people, but together with other collaborators and occupiers looted abandoned houses and farms. Also, he was personally involved in the so-called “filtration activities” against the civilian population of Petropavlovka. In the occupation, Shpakov is actively engaged in pro-Russian propaganda among friends and acquaintances, inducing them to “cooperate” with the so-called “occupation administration.”
For betraying Ukraine and “serving” the Russian invaders, Yevgeny Shpakov faces an inevitable and just punishment, which is approaching him with each passing day.
