Novikov Gennady Gennadyevich was born on February 2, 1971 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region.

Before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops, he served as a police officer in the Mariupol police department of the Main Directorate for National Security in Donetsk Region.

Now the police lieutenant is working for the invaders. He betrayed his oath of allegiance to Ukraine.
