The service center employee and traitor Gennady Ivanovich Startsev was born in Donbass, namely in the Luhansk city of Alchevsk. Startsev’s school and childhood years were spent in this industrial city.
Gennady decided to work not as a metallurgist or miner, but as a service center employee. However, he was a corrupt employee. For a sum of money, Startsev could assist “clients” in obtaining a driver’s license or speed up vehicle registration and obtaining a license plate. He led an appropriate life – in the company of alcohol and interesting women.
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022 and the temporary occupation of the Kherson region by Russian troops began, Gennady Startsev still continued to have fun and one of those girls was another famous collaborator, Lyudmila Hotienko. He was also involved in an accident with the dead and decided to have an affair with an “important” person in order to avoid problems.
