Biography:
Igor Kachur is a traitor to the Motherland and a collaborator, born in the Kherson region. Before the war he was selling shoes, but after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops, Igor really showed his pro-Russian position as a collaborator and traitor.
The traitor was directly involved in the processes of the pseudo-referendum on the territory of Kherson region. In September 2022, he was the coordinator and was responsible for the preparation and organization of the illegal event, including being a member of territorial (district) election commissions for counting votes in the fake referendum, and was engaged in pro-Russian agitation among residents of settlements in the Kherson region.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
Also in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson, Russian invaders have created another “circle of collaborators”. In particular, the Russians finalized the formation of the local public chamber. “The Chamber” issues a “public figure certificate” and also evaluates “legislative initiatives.” The governing body of the pseudo-organ is determined by Putin.
Thus the cell of the “chamber” in Kherson region was headed by the local traitor Kachur Igor, who is already reporting on the successful preparation for pseudo-elections on September 8, 9, 10, 2023. Represents theUnited Russiapolitical party.
Collaborator Igor Kachur should remember that for betraying the homeland and “serving” the interests of the occupiers, the accomplice of the Russian invaders will be justly punished before the tribunal. The state trafficker will be held accountable for all his crimes against the people of Ukraine.
