Kretsul Igor Sergeevich – another collaborator from Kherson region, who sold out to the “Russian world” for rubles and decided that he would build a business with the support of Russian invaders, was born on November 07, 1982 in the town of Berislav, Kherson region. Graduated from the Taurian Agrotechnological Institute. After working for some time as an economist at state enterprises, Igor decided to start his own business. Registered as an individual entrepreneur.
