Biography:

Solovyev Igor Vasilyevich – a man who betrayed his homeland was born in the city of Starobelsk, Luhansk region. He graduated from Lugansk State Medical University.

After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troops in February 2022, the doctor voluntarily violated his medical oath and defected to the occupiers. A collaborator started to help with medicines, medical equipment and other medicines for the Russian Armed Forces. Igor Solovyov went to cooperate with the Russian occupants, seized all the seals, documents and “headed” the “Novoaidar Territorial Medical Association” with a Rashist flag.
