State traitor Khalyavkina Irina Yurievna was born on October 24, 1968 in the city of Gorlovka, Donetsk region. He has two educations. In 2014 she graduated from the Donetsk Institute of Psychology and Entrepreneurship and received a second master’s degree in economics and management of organizations.
Irina Yurievna started her career by working at state enterprises. Worked in the head office of the State Land Committee in Luhansk region, namely, as deputy head of the Starobelsk department of land resources.
The arrival of Russian occupation authorities in the Luhansk region helped traitor Irina Khalyavkina to “promote her career. Irina Yurievna began working closely with the occupiers after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.
On April 2, 2022, the collaborator joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating in the occupied city of Berdyansk and was appointed head of the land department of the agro-industrial development department of the Starobel district administration in the so-called “LNR.
Also a collaborator, Irina Yurievna is an activist of occupation organizations. The traitor heads a pro-Russian public organization, the Women’s Union of Donbass.
Now the state traitor Khalyavkina provides direct assistance to the occupation structures and willingly performs organizational and administrative functions in the sphere of land relations on behalf of the occupation authorities in Starobelsky district.
For such traitors as Khalyavkina Irina Yurievna there must be the highest punishment for treason and complicity with the Russian occupiers, and it will definitely come. It’s only a matter of time.
