Biography:
Ivan Rozhkov – “politsai” and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on February 26, 1967 in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Ivan resided in the so-called “LNR. He previously served in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and had the special rank of “Major of Militia. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Rozhkov voluntarily became a traitor to Ukraine and a “policeman” in the service of the invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation forces began their temporary occupation of Luhansk oblast, Ivan decided to betray his native country. The occupiers were happy about the new “addition” and appointed “senior lieutenant” Rozhkov “commander of the inspection group” in the so-called “LNR INTERIOR MINISTRY. Yes, the invaders humiliated Ivan for his treachery and “demoted” him.
“Politsay” Rozhkov was directly involved in committing atrocities against civilians in the Luhansk region. In particular, he participated in “filtration activities” against the population of Luhansk and the region, kidnapping and torturing innocent people.
Ivan Rozhkov’s misdeeds will not go unpunished, and he himself expects an inevitable and harsh punishment, which is approaching him every day closer and closer.
