Biography:
State traitor “in the service of the Russian occupiers” Kostova Julia Sergeevna was born on May 13, 1984 in the city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region. He has an economics background.
But when the “Russian world” came to Ukraine, Kostova expressed her desire to cooperate with the occupation administration and decided to take a job with the illegally operating authority in Ukraine – “theMinistry of Justice of the Russian Federation in Zaporizhzhya region“.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by rf on February 24, 2022, traitor Yulia Kostova voluntarily joined the russian occupiers, supports rf’s aggressive policy towards Ukraine, supports the narrative of denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.
At present, the collaborator works for the “Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments” (FSIN), a Rashist “special body” subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Justice, which controls and supervises prisoners in places of detention and escorts them. In short, they are Russian jailers, and it is they who provide inhumane conditions for the detention of political prisoners from TOT Crimea, south and east, including holding AFU soldiers.
Gosizmenitsa Kostova holds the pseudo position of “Senior Inspector of Personnel, Education and Social Work”.
As a personnel officer, Kostova handed over to the occupation troops all available information on former colleagues. She made calls to former employees and offered to switch to the side of the occupier, motivating these decisions with impressive financial support. In case of refusal to accept the offer to switch to the side of the occupier, she threatened to kill them.
For violation of her oath and complicity with the occupants the employee of the illegal punitive body in Melitopol will have to answer to the Ukrainian court. After all, punishment for her would be inevitable.
