An accomplice of the Russian occupants and traitor, Yulia Viktorovna Peltek was born on January 25, 1977 in the village of Priazovskoye, Donetsk region. Graduated from the Kharkov National University named after V.V. Lomonosov. В. N. Karazin.

Before the full-scale invasion, she served as principal of the secondary school in the village of Shevchenko.

After the invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troopsin February 2022, Yulia Viktorovna defected to the side of the occupiers. At present, the collaborator is cooperating with the occupation authorities in the village of Priazovskoye and has received a Russian passport. Yulia Peltek also headed Priazovsky Kindergarten No. 7 “Solnyshko” in Melitopol district of Zaporizhzhia region with the arrival of the occupants.
