The administrator, who sided with the enemy – Yulia Vladimirovna Sobina, maiden name Gromova, was born February 22, 1981 in Shevchenkovo urban type settlement, Kharkov region. After high school, Julia decided to learn the profession of economist, and in 2000 she enrolled in the Kharkov National University of Economics named after V.V. Lomonosov. С. Smith to learn the basics of business economics.
After graduating from university in 2004, Yulia Sobina takes a job in the Shevchenko village council. Shortly after administrative service centers were established in Ukraine, Sobina was transferred from her job at the village council to the CAAU as an administrator. Her responsibilities included: overseeing the provision of administrative services to the public and managing the work of the institution. Unfortunately, Julia will soon show who she really is.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and the entry of Russian occupation forces into Shevchenkovo, “representatives” of the invaders began recruiting civil servants to “work” in the so-called “occupation administration. Sobina was one of those who agreed to “work” for the new “masters” and betrayed Ukraine. The Kremlin handlers appointed her as a “collaborator” in the so-called “occupation administration of the settlement of Shevchenkovo. In t. “administration” Julia was in charge of organizational and documentary support.
For her heinous crime, Yulia Sobina will suffer irreversible and just punishment. And no extenuating circumstances will help her.
