Biography:
Kirill Kapustin is a “policeman” and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, born on November 27, 2001 in the city of Donetsk, Donetsk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Cyril resided in the so-called “DNR” and was a “cadet” of the so-called “academy of the MIA of the DNR. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Kapustin voluntarily became a traitor to Ukraine and a “policeman” in the service of the invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation forces began their temporary occupation of the territory of the Donetsk region, Kyrill decided to betray his native country. The occupiers were happy about the new “addition” and sent the newly minted “policeman” Kapustin as an “employee” in the so-called “DPR INTERIOR MINISTRY.
“Politsay” Kapustin was directly involved in committing atrocities against civilians in the Donetsk region. In particular, he participated in “filtration activities” against the city’s population, kidnapping and torturing innocent people. Andrei did not shy away from looting the private property of “detained” civilians.
Kirill Kapustin’s misdeeds will not go unpunished, and he himself expects an inevitable and harsh punishment, which is approaching him every day closer and closer.
