Konstantin Gorbachev was born on May 3, 1964 in the city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region. Graduated from Melitopol Institute of Agricultural Mechanization in 1986 (mechanical engineer), in 1994. – Faculty of Law of the International Institute of State and Municipal Administration (lawyer).
Gorbachev also did his military service. From 1988 to 1990, he served in the armed forces as a platoon commander and company deputy commander. Captain of the legal service in the reserve. For some time he served in the law enforcement bodies of Melitopol. First as a district inspector, and then as an investigator of the Melitopol police department.
Konstantin Petrovich worked his way up through the ranks of the director of the law firm “Altius”. In 2000, he was head of the legal department of the Melitopol City Executive Committee. Gorbachev Konstantin also proved himself in the political arena. In 1998, he was elected deputy of the Melitopol City Council. He was a member of the executive committee and legal advisor of the Melitopol city organization of the “Party of Regions.
In 2013, Konstantin Gorbachev was confirmed as deputy mayor of Melitopol. The official supervised the work of the Department of Legal Support and Emergency Situations, specialists in mobilization work and work with law enforcement agencies, the Department of Industrial Development and the Environment, acted as legal advisor. In 2014, for unknown reasons, Gorbachev K.P. resigned from his position.
But after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation in February 2022, Konstantin immediately found a job with the occupation authorities. The collaborator was particularly persistent in carrying out the tasks of the Rashists to prepare for the fake referendum on the annexation of Zaporizhzhia Oblast to the Russian Federation. Later, the occupation authorities appointed the traitor Gorbachev as legal advisor during the “election commission” in the city of Melitopol.
Thus, Gorbachev Konstantin Petrovich violated the law of Ukraine and encroached on the territorial integrity of the state. The traitor provided legal support to terrorists and hijackers, for which he will surely answer in court and go to jail in the near future.
