Liliya Poltorak was born on July 22, 1978 in Belovodsk township.

Before the war, she was the manager of the executive committee of the Belovodsk Village Council. When the full-scale attack began, she was one of the first to run to the occupiers for cooperation. As soon as she made a deal with them, she started working for the invaders, but already as head of the legal department of the Belovodsk district administration of the LNR.

With the complete deoccupation of the village, Lilia will be punished to the fullest extent of the law of the criminal code of Ukraine. Liliya Aleksandrovna will be fully responsible for what she has done.
