Biography:
Liliya Nikolaevna Sipakova is a traitor to Ukraine and an accomplice of the Russian occupation troops, born on September 1, 1981 in the village of Pluhatar in Luhansk Oblast.
Until February 24, 2022, Lily lived in and worked in the village of Plougatar. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Sipakova decided to become a traitor at the behest of the Russian occupants.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation forces entered the village, Sipakova betrayed her country and her people for personal gain. The invaders appreciated Lilia’s “choice” and appointed her “chief specialist” in the so-called “the life support department of the village of Plugatary LNR.
At the same time, Lilia Sipakova was quite actively engaged in “life support” – she “shared” with the occupants looting the village, gave the invaders personal data of pro-Ukrainian villagers, and committed other crimes against the civilian population. Sipakova has also repeatedly expressed support for Russian aggression against Ukraine and the ideas of the “Russian world.
However, it did not take long for Lilia Sipakova to revel in her impunity. And she will soon bear a severe and irreversible punishment for her crimes against the Ukrainian people and collaboration with the enemy.
