Biography of Lilia Pulyaeva

Lilia Pulyaeva was born on 13.04.1981 in the village of Nadezhdovka, Chaplinsky district, Kherson region. In 1987, Pulyaeva went to the first grade of Chaplinsky Secondary School No. 1 and finished 9 grades there. After that from 1996 to 1999 she studied in Chaplinsky vocational school-30.

In 1999 she entered Kherson State Agrarian University and graduated in 2004. She received advanced training at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration” in 2023.

From 2006 to 2017, she worked as a sales specialist and telecommunications operator at Ukrtelecom PJSC. 2017-2018 – worked as an economist in the financial department of Chaplynka settlement. From 2018 to 2022 – Project Management Specialist in the same organization.
