Ustinova Lyudmila Nikolaevna – an accomplice of the Russian occupation authorities, a traitor to Ukraine, an employee of the occupation administration in Zaporizhzhya region, was born in Konstantinovka settlement of Melitopol district. Worked more than 13 years in the field of education, namely a teacher of literature in secondary schools of the district. Before the war she was the director of the local house of culture. She was also a deputy of the Konstantinovka settlement council.

After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupants on the territory of Ukraine, Lyudmila Nikolaevna showed her anti-Ukrainian position and supported the policy of the occupants on the territory of Zaporizhzhya region. The woman voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the representatives of the Rashist authorities and began to work in the cultural sphere under the occupation authorities and to bring the “authorities” closer to the “Russian world”.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

Since the beginning of the occupation of Melitopol district Ustinova supported the occupation and found a warm place in the Rashist pseudo-organization, where she now works as director of the house of culture in Konstantinovka village only under the flag of the aggressor country.
