Biography:

Bondar-Zasyadko Lyubov Viktorovna, a doctor who betrayed her homeland and voluntarily began helping the occupiers, was born on August 23, 1961 in the Russian Federation. In 1985, she and her family moved to Ukraine. She graduated from a medical educational institution in Crimea, then began her career in Kherson.

Until February 24, 2022, Lyubov Viktorovna worked as the head of the hospital “Snegiryov correctional colony № 5. But with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troops in February 2022, physician Bondar voluntarily broke her oath of office and defected to the occupiers. The collaborator started helping military personnel with medicines, medical equipment, and other medications.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

Elena has also assisted representatives of the Russian power structures in Kherson, for which she received a position in the Kherson Regional TB Dispensary. I received a Russian salary. Also supported and encouraged participation in the pseudo-referendum.
