Policewoman “in the service of the Russian occupants” Lyubov V. Chibisova was born on January 29, 1982 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region. She graduated from Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs with a degree in law enforcement.
She served from junior lieutenant to police captain. She served as a senior criminal investigator in Mariupol.
Until February 24, 2022, she worked as a senior criminalist at the Mariupol RUP. When the occupation authorities came to the territory of Donetsk region in February 2022, the traitor Lubov Viktorovna voluntarily defected to the side of the racist enemy and began working in the law enforcement structures of the “dnr”.
Now he is the head of the Nikolsk district police department of the so-called “ministry of state security of the dnr“.
The traitor and collaborator works closely with local militants and contributes to their terrorist activities against the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
