The civil servant who became a traitor, Ludmila Borisovna Dudnik, maiden name Kozhushko, was born May 15, 1967, in the city of Svatovo, Lugansk region. Lyudmila’s entire life will take place in this city – from childhood and school to work and adultery.
After graduating high school, Lyudmila enters the Lugansk National Agrarian University. She is studying agricultural mechanization there, but she has never worked in agriculture. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Dudnik joins the civil service at the Svatovsk Department of Justice. She was the state registrar in the department. In 2007, in order to improve her qualifications, Lyudmila entered the Law Academy of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadsky. He graduated from the Yaroslav the Wise State University and successfully graduated in 2012.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the entry of Russian occupation forces into Svatovo, the Kremlin handlers begin recruiting government officials and representatives of power. Lyudmila also received an offer of “cooperation. Unfortunately, she accepts the “offer” and betrays Ukraine. In return, the invaders “promoted” her by appointing her to the position of the so-called “Head of the Svatovsk Department of Justice of the LNR. For the sake of money and position, Dudnik works for the enemy.
