Biography:
Zinkovskaya Lyudmila Viktorovna is a traitor to Ukraine and an active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, born March 26, 1974 in the city of Starobelsk, Lugansk region.
Lyudmila lived in Starobelsk until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupiers, Zinkovskaya betrayed her country and began to voluntarily “work” for the Russian occupiers.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian invaders invaded Luhansk oblast, Lyudmila committed high treason and defected to the side of the invaders. The occupiers appointed Zinkovskaya as the “chief specialist” in the so-called “Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Starobel District Administration of the LNR.
In her new “position” Lyudmila actively “developed” the sphere of housing and communal services – the surviving property of communal enterprises was looted, and the civilian population was left without the basic goods of civilization. Leaving residents in the Stone Age, Zinkovskaya also actively agitates for “Russian peace” and justifies the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine.
Lyudmila Zinkovskaya will very soon answer to the Ukrainian people for her despicable treason and bullying of civilians. The bench is already waiting for the collaborator.
