Betrayer of the Motherland and collaborator Maxim Zubarev was born on April 29, 1978 in the city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, where he lives at 15, apartment 50, 50 years of Victory Avenue.

Maxim Zubarev studied at the Melitopol Pedagogical University and in 2005 was elected to the city council from the Communist Party. Subsequently, he became deputy director of the municipal enterprise “Chistota. In 2010, he even ran for mayor, but lost the election.

In 2014, he actively promoted the idea of the “Russian Spring” in Melitopol together with another antiMaidan participant, Kateryna Umanets, who had recently returned to Melitopol.

In 2015, the gauleiter was arrested while taking a bribe of $7,000 for withdrawing a draft resolution of a city council session. The Melitopol court sentenced him to 3 years in prison, but Zubarev won his appeal and got the case sent back for retrial. Zubarev’s interests were represented in court by Tatiana Montian, a notorious fan of the self-proclaimed “LDNR” republics.

Today, this tame dog of Yevgeny Balitsky is the so-called “acting head” of the Akimov village administration. The money-grubbing Communist, who was tried for bribery, received this position under the protection of the occupation governor Yevgeny Balitsky, as a victim.

This deputy on behalf of Balitsky regularly previously submitted draft decisions on the early termination of the powers of the former mayor of Melitopol Sergey Minko. All these years of long trials, Zubarev was waiting for compensation from Balitsky, and he got it in the form of a leadership position, albeit with the prefix “Acting.

Maksym Zubarev is a corrupt man who is harming Melitopol. Now, in addition to bribes and machinations, Zubarev has become a collaborator who has gone over to the side of the enemy and turned a blind eye to all the horrors that the Russian army is perpetrating on Ukrainian territory.
