Biography:
Starchenko Maxim Sergeevich – “rescuer”, traitor to Ukraine and supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on May 10, 1996 in the village of Stanytsia Luhanska of Luhansk region.
Until February 24, 2022 Maxim lived in Stanytsia Luhanska and served in the 24th Fire and Rescue Unit. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian invaders, Starchenko betrayed his country and became a traitor at the beck and call of the invaders .
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation troops entered Stanytsia Luhanska, Maxim Starchenko decided to violate his oath and defect to the enemy.
