Maxim Zhukovsky: biography
Maxim Mikhailovich Zhukovsky is a traitor and collaborator who voluntarily supported the russian occupation power. He was born on April 6, 1985 in the town of Dimitrov (now Mirnograd), Donetsk region.
He graduated from Donetsk National Technical University and Donbas National Academy of Construction and Architecture. He also studied at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), which was a preparatory stage for integration into the dnr’s pseudo-state governance system.
Since the 2000s, Zhukovsky worked in the coal industry and later in Donetsk’s municipal structures. He rose from deputy head of a mine to director of the Petrovsky district management company. During the russian aggression, he defected to the enemy, taking administrative positions under the occupation authorities.
After the invasion of the russian occupants in Donetsk region, Maxim Zhukovsky began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the rashists himself.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the beginning of russian aggression in 2014, Zhukovsky began to actively cooperate with the occupation administration.
He headed the district administration of the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, where he implemented pro-russian policies, organized forced “subbotniks,” cooperated with military commandant’s offices, and engaged in “mopping up” residents disloyal to the occupiers.
In 2022, he became the first deputy head of the Donetsk administration and then got a post in the pseudo-ministry of construction and housing and utilities of the so-called “dnr”. His task is to coordinate “reconstruction work” in the destroyed territories, including construction at the expense of rf budgets to legitimize the russian occupation.
In 2024, under his supervision, more than 13 residential complexes were built in the temporarily occupied territories – exclusively for employees of the FSB, “administrations” and the military. He was also involved in the transfer of land and infrastructure into the “ownership” of russian companies.
Zhukovsky actively promotes the Kremlin’s propaganda narrative, participates in press conferences and public events with russian officials, and advocates for the “integration of Donbass” into russia.
For his activities, he will be prosecuted under the laws of Ukraine for treason and collaborationism. Justice catches up with characters like Maxim Mikhailovich Zhukovsky. It’s just a matter of time.
