Biography:
Belikov Mikhail Aleksandrovich – “border guard”, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on November 20, 1995 in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region.
Mikhail lived in Lugansk until February 24, 2022. He received his higher education at the East Ukraine National University. В. Dahl. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk oblast by the Russian occupants, Belikov sneakily betrayed his native country and went over to the occupiers’ “service.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as Russian occupation troops entered the Luhansk region, Mikhail committed high treason and entered “service” as a border guard in the so-called “LNR MGB. The invaders appointed Belikov as an “employee” in the so-called “Belovodsk Border Detachment of the LNR MGB.
In the “border guard detachment,” Mikhail participated, along with other collaborators, in anti-partisan raids, implementation of so-called “filtration measures,” and combat operations against the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In addition to his “official” activities, Belikov was also involved in smuggling across the border of the Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast. He also “helped” looters to evade justice or to sell their looted goods.
Mikhail Belikov should not forget that the hand of the law will catch up with anyone who has committed atrocities against the Ukrainian people.
