Traitor Zheltyakov Mikhail Vasilyevich was born on January 1, 1961 in the city of Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region. He has two higher educations. In 1982, Zheltyakov graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Arts. I.P. Kotlyarovsky, dramatic theater and film actor.
In 2004 he graduated from Donetsk State University of Management, Master of Business Administration.
Mikhail Vasilievich has had a long career working in the field of culture. In 2003, he was the chief specialist in the social work department of the Donetsk City Center of Social Services for Youth.
In 2006, Zheltyakov held a post in the Department of Culture of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, was a leading specialist in the department of arts and educational institutions, head of the department of cultural and leisure institutions.
In 2014, he worked as deputy head of the department of cultural and leisure activities of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
The traitor also has an academic degree and the title “Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine.
After the beginning of the invasion of the Russian occupation troops on the territory of Ukraine in 2014, Mikhail Vasilyevich Zheltyakov betrayed all his merits and went over to the side of the enemy. He began working in the administrative structures of the so-called “DnR.
By decree No. 268 of the head ofthe so-called “dnr” dated 27.06.2015, Zheltyakov was appointed to the position of First Deputy Minister of Culture of the dnr. The collaborator had time to serve the occupants and received the distinction of “Honored Worker of Culture of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
