Biography:
Topchy Myroslav Alekseevich – traitor to Ukraine and supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on August 14, 1999 in the village of Stanytsia Luhanska of Luhansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Alexander lived in Stanytsia Luhanska and worked as a lifeguard at the local fire and rescue unit. He received his higher education at the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Luhansk oblast by Russian occupants, Topchiy violated his oath and betrayed his country.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian troops entered Stanytsia Luhanska, Miroslav, out of cowardice, decided to become a traitor and collaborator with the invaders. The latter gladly accepted the “newcomer” and appointed Topchiy as “head of the guard” in the so called “guardhouse. “24th Fire and Rescue Unit of Stanytsia Luhanska.
However, in the “service” Miroslav was not engaged in saving lives, but in atrocities against the civilians of his native village. In particular, together with other collaborators and “policemen,” he participated in “filtration activities” of the occupiers. Topchy did not shy away from looting abandoned houses and apartments.
For any crime, sooner or later comes the punishment. Miroslav Topchy, who will serve a long prison sentence for treason and abuse of civilians, will be no exception to the rule.
