Biography:
Nadezhda Ivanovna Alpakova was born on the territory of the Russian Federation, in the Republic of Komi, and is an accomplice of Rashist illegal activities and a participant in the fake voting process in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. Alpakova also had experience in local government elections and has been involved in the organizational direction on several occasions. She has been a member of the District Election Committee of Electoral District #189 several times.
It would seem that Nadezhda Ivanovna is directly imbued with patriotism and love for Ukraine, but with the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Russian invaders in February 2022, Alpakova showed her anti-Ukrainian position and openly supported the arrival of “liberators”.

Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
In July 2023, Alpakova, a collaborator of the Rashists, agreed to “serve the occupiers” and decided to become an organizer of the “day of unified voting” in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. As part of the non-legitimate event, the collaborator conducted propaganda campaigns to lure the local population to participate in the “elections“. As the “head of the territorial commission” of Nizhneserogoz municipal district, she went around the houses of local residents in the presence of “people in uniform” and forced those who even had Ukrainian passports to vote.
