Biography:
Chmykhalo Nadezhda Ivanovna is a traitor to Ukraine and an active supporter of the Russian occupation forces, born November 28, 1962 in the village of Melovatka, Luhansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Nadezhda resided in Melowatka. She received her higher education in Kupyansk Automobile Transport Vocational College. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian occupiers, Chmykhalo committed high treason and voluntarily “cooperated” with the Russian occupiers.
