Bondarenko Natalia Vladimirovna, an accomplice of the Russian occupation authorities, was born in the city of Khartsyzk, Donetsk region. Until 2014, she worked as a specialist in the Department of Family and Youth Affairs of the Khartsyzsk Executive Committee.
