Natalya Anatolievna Sotnikova was born on July 22, 1986 in the city of Mariupol. In 2010 she graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in management of foreign economic activity.
In 2010, she worked as an inspector of the left bank district in the Inspectorate of the City Council of Mariupol.
