Biography:
Toshoparan Natalia Mikhailovna is an employee of the occupation administration in the Donetsk region, she was born on July 30, 1976 in the urban-type settlement of Aleksandrovka, Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupants, Natalia Mikhailovna showed her anti-Ukrainian stance and supported the occupiers’ policy in the Donetsk region. The woman voluntarily agreed to cooperate with representatives of the racist authorities and began working in the sphere of culture under the occupation authorities in the village of Mangush.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Toshoparan Natalia took the position of “head of the department for culture, youth, and sports of the administration of the Pervomaisky district of the DnR”.
The collaborator also advocated the destruction of Ukrainian symbols, monuments, historical figures, and other things that symbolize Ukrainian culture, namely “Ukrainian nationalists. In May 2022, a monument to Cossack hetman Pyotr Sagaidachny, who, according to the odious traitor, “slaughtered half the inhabitants of Crimea,” was dismantled under the leadership of collaborator Toshoparan.
Natalya Mikhailovna is also the organizer of many cultural events in the village, which are held under the motto “the Russian world. The traitor also coordinated the organization of events to support Russian servicemen and organized various humanitarian aid for the occupants.
