Nelya Vasilyevna Samoilenko, a traitor to the motherland and collaborator of the Russian occupation troops, was born on May 28, 1972 in Starobelsk, Luhansk Oblast.

Nelia worked as an education official until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by Russian occupants, Samoilenko sneakily betrayed her home country.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

After Russian occupation forces entered Starobelsk, Nelya Samoilenko decided to betray her homeland. Curators from the Kremlin instantly found her a “job” in her specialty – now she is “head of the department of methodological support of the educational process of the Department of Education” a.k.a. “Starobel district administration of the LNR.

In her position, Nelya directly oversees the transition of the educational system to “Russian” standards and the violent “brainwashing” of schoolchildren and youth.
