The policeman “in the service of the occupants” was born on May 2, 1976 in the urban village of Yalta, Mangusha district of the Donetsk region. He connected his career with the service in the law enforcement bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He began his service as a police officer at the Mangush police department in the Donetsk region.
Also, Nikolai Viktorovich served as a senior inspector of the central police department of the Chief Directorate of National Police in Donetsk region. Since 2020, he has been the head of the monitoring sector of the police department No. 4 of the Mariupol police department of the Main Directorate for National Security in the Donetsk region.
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops on February 24, 2022, the traitor Pichahchi Nikolai voluntarily went over to serve the enemy. In March 2022, rf occupation troops Pichahchi M.V. was appointed “chief of the Mangush police department.
The collaborator assisted the “local administration” in the organization of public order. Pichahchi also worked closely with the military commandant of the village of Mangush.
Also Pichahchi M.V. agitated “willing” local residents of the settlement of Mangush and the Mangush territorial community to help the occupation troops and “prevent local resistance” to the actions of the local administration.
Pichakhchi, an accomplice of the occupants, was engaged in gathering information about local residents who support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine and have a negative attitude toward the military aggression of the Russian Federation. The collaborator passed information about these people to the occupation authorities so that they could carry out “punitive measures.
For his cooperation with the Russian aggressor, the traitor Nikolai Pichahchi will spend a fair amount of time behind bars, which he certainly deserves.
