Oksana Lagutina, maiden name Golovanova, an employee of Zaporizhzhya NPP, a lover of outdoor activities and a traitor, was born November 9, 1979 in the quiet and peaceful village of Kegichevka, Kharkov region. Oksana spent her childhood there, at school she realized that she wanted to work in the field of nuclear power and began to prepare for admission to the appropriate institution.

In 1998, Oksana enrolled at the Sevastopol Institute of Nuclear Energy and Industry to study the specifics of working at nuclear power plants. During her studies, according to unconfirmed reports, Oksana liked to relax in the company of guys, and she had a bad reputation. Lagutina graduates in 2002, and after some time finds a job at Zaporizhzhia NPP as an employee of a separate unit of SE “Energoatom”. At that time Oksana Lagutina was living happily ever after: her social networks have many pictures with her family from her vacation in the Carpathians and at sea.

Unfortunately, with the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and the beginning of the temporary occupation of Energodar and the nuclear power plant by the Russian army, Oksana Lagutina and her family did not leave for Ukraine-controlled territory, but stayed at the plant and was recruited by the occupiers for the position of the so-called “an employee of the Russian energy company Rosatom and betrayed her country, family, and fellow citizens.

For the sake of money and favor of the enemy, Oksana aids Russian nuclear terrorism and thus is not just a traitor, but the culprit of a possible nuclear disaster. Therefore, for Zaporizhzhya resistance fighters Oksana Lagutina became one of the main targets for elimination, which for her will come inevitably and soon.
