Biography:
Moroz Oksana Petrovna – an accomplice of the Russian occupants and a traitor to Ukraine, who betrayed her country, her people and her native language, was born in the village of Shevchenko, Skadovska community.
Elena Tymchuk is a teacher by education. In 2003, she graduated from Mykolaiv State University and received a full higher education in the specialty “Pedagogy and Methodology of Secondary Education”.She has a total work experience of more than 10 years.From 1998 to 2005, she worked in Skadovska School No. 1 as a teacher-organizer and a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature. From 2006 to 2022 she worked as a leading specialist at the Rice Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Before the war, Moroz worked in the city council as head of the social protection department.
But as it turned out, for many years the employee of the educational sphere, pretended to be a person who propagandizes Ukrainian, but in fact she harbored pro-Russian views and when the Russian invaders began their bloody war against the civilian population of Ukraine – Oksana Moroz still supported the“establishment of Putin’s regime“.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the invasion of Russian occupation troops into the territory of Ukraine in February 2022 and the arrival of Russian invaders in Kherson region. The woman voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the representatives of the Rashist authorities and started working at the “Ministry of Education” under the occupation authorities in Skadovsk.
The state prisoner defected to the occupiers in the spring of 2022. Since June she worked as the head of the occupation department of social protection of Skadovsk, and became the head of the occupation department of education of the city on September 13, 2022. At the same time she entered the non-existent “Kherson State Pedagogical University” at the faculty of “state and municipal management”.
The woman called for recognition of the Russian curriculum and reading Russian textbooks. The traitor continues to support Russian educational standards and propagandizes anti-Ukrainian sentiments. The traitor also agitated locals to vote in fake elections and for Russian passportization. Moroz herself was among the first in the ranks of collaborators to receive rf citizenship.
She also distinguished herself by her political position. After all, in September 2023, she was appointed deputy of the fake Rashist body “Kherson Regional Duma” from Putin’s “United Russia” party. In this pseudo-duty, Moroz now travels around the occupied Kherson region and portrays active activity, taking pictures with local residents and filming political advertising plots with the participation of the gauleiters of the occupied districts.
The traitor also organized humanitarian aid to the Kolos temporary accommodation center for Kherson residents in Skadovsk, claiming that they were left without housing due to flooding after Ukrainian forces blew up the dam at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant . She received humanitarian convoys in the form of Russian literature from Putin’s authorities, then gave orders to organize propaganda events in schools to engage children and teenagers in “social and cultural education.”
Moroz, an accomplice of the occupation regime, also held “educational talks” with schoolchildren in Skadovskiy district on the history and culture of her native land, Kherson region, as a part of the Russian Federation.
There was a round table discussion with pupils of 7-9 grades in Blagodatnenska school of Skadovskiy district on the Day of National Unity, where Moroz held a quiz and made them draw anti-Ukrainian drawings.
For her Rashist propaganda activities she was awarded “diplomas” and gifts from the local occupation administration and gauleiters of Skadovskiy district.
For complicity with the occupation troops and pro-Russian position, which the collaborator is trying to impose on Ukrainian children, as well as membership in the illegal on the territory of Ukraine Rashist authorities – the state traitor Moroz Oksana Petrovna is waiting for imminent punishment, which will soon befall the traitor. After all, for the committed crime Oksana Moroz was notified in absentia of suspicion of collaboration under part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. All state traitors will answer to the people of Ukraine.
