Expert criminalist and traitor in one person – Oleg Anatolievich Malshakov, born July 24, 1966 in Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation. But the real home place for Oleg will be Mariupol, where he will spend most of his life. Malshakov spent his school years in Mariupol high school № 14 from 1973 to 1983. After graduating high school, Oleg was called up for military service in the Soviet Army from 1984 to 1986.
After demobilization, Oleg Malshakov decided to learn the profession of an expert criminalist. He enjoyed such specific work and achieved great success in this field. Some time later, the management appointed Malshakov as the chief specialist of trace examinations at the Donetsk Scientific and Research Center. At work, Oleg was characterized as a responsible, dedicated professional.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and the entry of Russian occupation troops in Mariupol, Oleg Malshakov betrayed Ukraine and went over to the side of the enemy. By the way, Oleg often visited his “small motherland” and had staunchly pro-Russian views. The invaders were very happy to “replenish” their ranks with such a valuable “specialist,” and therefore appointed Malshakov as an “employee” in the so-called “expert-criminalistics center of the DNR Interior Ministry. It is established that Oleg Malshakov, in his “position”, is engaged in fabrication of evidence in order to create an “evidence base” for “criminal cases” against pro-Ukrainian citizens of Mariupol.
For “working” for the Russian invaders, Oleg Malshakov faces a cruel punishment, which is getting closer and closer every day.
