Traitor Pankratiev Oleg Anatolievich was born on October 18, 1967 in Poltava.
Oleg Pankratiev has been involved in sports since childhood. After graduating from school, he also decided to link his career with sports. He has a higher education in sports – he graduated from the Poltava Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Coaching. After graduating from college, Oleg Anatolievich began coaching. Immediately after his return from the army, he began working at the Central Sports Complex in Poltava. He began his sporting career as a kickboxing coach.
Pankratiev has been coaching for more than 30 years. He is the president of Poltava regional federation of Thai boxing IFMA and the president of Poltava regional federation on kickboxing WAKO, the president and the head coach of SC “Legion” (Poltava).
In addition to his sporting activities, the traitor Pankratov also showed himself in politics. In 2020 he was elected to the Poltava Regional Council on the party list from the “Oplizh” party.
Later Oleg Anatolievich became an assistant to the familiar pro-Russian MP Ilya Kiva. In addition, Pankratiev was a member of the executive committee of the Poltava city council and led all party affairs at the local level for the opzj bloc , led by Viktor Medvedchuk and Vadim Rabinovich.
At the same time, traitor Pankratiev was the secretary of the permanent deputy commission of the regional council on youth policy, sports and tourism in the city of Poltava.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, the traitor Pankratiev Oleg Anatolievich did not change his pro-Russian views and assisted in the creation of the occupation authorities under Russian control on the territory of the Poltava region.
In March 2022, the head of the Ilya Kiva deputy group, Oleg Pankratiev, tried to flee abroad, but the accomplice of the occupation authorities was detained and now the collaborator will suffer a fair punishment for supporting the occupiers and promoting the ideas of “Russian peace” in Ukraine.
