Igor Orekhov – enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on August 16, 1975 in the city of Krasny Luch of Luhansk region.

Until February 24, 2022, Igor lived in temporarily occupied Krasnye Luch. Before the invasion, he visited Moscow as a tourist. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian invaders, Orekhov sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily took the side of the Russian occupiers.
