Militant in the “service” of the Russian occupants – Melnik Pavel Vasilyevich, aka Mel, was born on November 23, 1982 in the city of Makeyevka, Donetsk region. Pavel studied at School No. 47 in Makiyivka. After finishing school, Melnik was called up for compulsory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After demobilization, Pavel Melnik could not find a job for a long time, and from impoverishment decided to try his luck in the Crimea. There he was lucky – Paul was hired to work in the Department of Transport and Communications of Yalta City Council. In 2014, when the illegal occupation of Crimea by the Russian Federation began, Melnik was imbued with the ideas of the so-called The “Russian world” and decided to join the so called FWF. “DNR. That’s how Paul became a militant.

After becoming a terrorist, Pavel Melnyk participated in battles against Ukrainian government forces, and even became an “officer. However, Melnik’s real “career” began after the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. The Russian occupiers decided to appoint a “proven” cadre to the “position” of the so-called “head of the commandant’s office of the Novotroitsk occupation administration. It was established that Melnik in his “position” was directly involved in the terror and abuse of civilians in Novotroitskoye.

For betraying Ukraine and “serving” the invaders, Pavel Melnik faces an inevitable and severe punishment, which will soon come for him.
