Varlan Pavel Vadimovich was born November 16, 1999 in the urban-type settlement of Lower Serogoza, which is located in the Kherson region.

Paul became famous for his pro-Russian views as well as his work. Before the occupation of Kherson region, Varlan was an ordinary employee of the DSNS in his native township of Nizhniye Serogozi.

With the arrival of the invaders, Pavel Vadimovich began to cooperate with them. The occupiers offered him the position of fire chief. Paul responded positively to the occupiers’ proposal.

If de-occupation is imminent, Pavel himself and traitors like him will be held responsible for their crimes against independent Ukraine.
