State traitor and collaborator Khramenkov Roman Aleksandrovich was born March 10, 1978 in the town Khorol, Poltava region in a family of doctors.
He has two higher educations: in 2001 he graduated from the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy (Poltava) majoring in “Dentistry” with the qualification “Dentist”, in 2011 he graduated from Donetsk State University of Management majoring in “Management of organizations” with the qualification “Manager-economist.
From 2011 to 2012 he was the chief physician of the City Dental Polyclinic No.1 in Yenakiievo, Donetsk Oblast. Yenakievo, Donetsk region.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a chief physician at City Hospital No. 7 in Yenakiievo. Yenakievo.
From January to June 2015, he served as the head of the Yenakievo city administration.
After 2015, the traitor Khramenkov decided not to continue his medical activities. Roman Aleksandrovich became interested in politics and “successfully” defected to the Russian occupation authorities in the city of Yenakievo. Immediately he signed up as a candidate for the “people’s council of the dnr,” which carried out its activities from the public movement “Free Donbass. Later, the occupier’s accomplice was appointed “people’s mayor of Yenakiyevo” and military commandant.
Traitor Khramenkov supports the activities of militants of the “LNR” criminal organizations , sponsors them and helps with various types of support. “People’s Mayor” has repeatedly facilitated the penetration of Russian-terrorist gangs into the territory of the Donetsk region. For such “service to the occupants,” Khramenkov received a badge of honor “for services to the Donetsk People’s Republic, 3rd degree.
After the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, the collaborator Roman Aleksandrovich Khramenkov continued to work for the occupiers and fully support the actions of Russian terrorists.
For treason and cooperation with the occupation authorities traitor Roman Khramenkov will have to answer both to the court and to the people. Such traitors deserve harsh and just punishment.
