Roman Oleksin: biography
Oleksin Roman Theodorovich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on June 3, 1986 in the city of Alchevsk, Lugansk region.
He holds several higher education degrees: he graduated from Donetsk State Technical University with specializations in Electronic Systems and Enterprise Economics. He also graduated from V. Dahl Lugansk State University with a degree in Management of Social Institutions.
Later, he studied at the so-called Higher School of Management in the Sphere of Culture under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, a training ground for personnel of collaborationist administrations in the temporarily occupied territories.
After the invasion of the Russian occupiers. Roman began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and himself became an accomplice of the Rashists..
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the Russian occupation troops entered Luhansk region in the year, Roman Oleksin sided with the occupants, consciously took part in the formation and development of collaborationist cultural policy in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Since 2022, he actively cooperated with the occupation authorities as deputy minister of culture, sports and youth of the so-called “lnr”. In 2024, he was transferred to Zaporizhzhya region, where he was appointed acting minister of culture under the occupation administration. There he also received a medal of the Order of Merit for Zaporizhzhya region, established by Russian structures.
In February 2025, he was returned to the so-called “Lnr”, where he headed the Ministry of Culture in the status of acting minister. He promotes anti-Ukrainian policy, in particular, he initiated the program “Zemsky cultural worker” aimed at introducing pro-Russian ideology in cultural institutions in the occupied territories.
He actively implements the ideological attitudes of the “Russian world”. He is also engaged in personnel purge and propaganda, substituting Ukrainian culture with Russian narratives. As one of the key “cultural” cadres of the so-called “lnr”, he plays an important role in legitimizing the criminal regime and destroying Ukrainian identity.
For such traitors as Oleksin Roman Theodorovich should be applied the highest measure of restraint for high treason and complicity with Russian occupants it will certainly come. It’s only a matter of time.
