Biography:
Starikov Roman Vladimirovich – deserter, traitor and collaborator of Russian occupation troops, was born on October 8, 1988 in the village of Belovodsk, Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Roman lived in Belovodsk and served in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Luhansk oblast by Russian occupants, Starikov decided to break his oath and become a traitor to the Ukrainian people .
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When the Russian invaders entered Belovodsk, Roman Starikov defected from the ranks of the GSSU and went over to the side of the invaders. The latter offered him to “serve” in the so-called “Belovodsk Fire and Rescue Squad of the LNR” as a “firefighter.
However, in his “service,” Starikov is not engaged in extinguishing fires, but in committing crimes against civilians. In particular, Roman, along with other “firefighters,” participates in “filtration measures” against innocent people, looting and other war crimes. Also, Roman publicly justifies Russian aggression against Ukraine and supports the ideas of the “Russian world.
The despicable treason and crimes against innocent citizens will not let Roman get away with it. For these, Starikov faces a fair sentence and a lengthy prison sentence behind bars.
