Biography:
Shlykov Sergey Vladimirovich, an accomplice of the Russian occupants, was born in the city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, and worked in a private security agency.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Even after the illegal invasion of the Russian occupants in 2014 , Sergey demonstrated his commitmentto the“Russian peace” and supported Russia’s actions toward Ukraine. In 2014, Shlykov took part in the seizure of administrative buildings in Yalta.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops on February 24, 2022, the traitor also engaged in complicity with the enemy and collaborationism.
Since the beginning of hostilities on the territory of the state, Sergei has actively expressed his commitment to the occupation authorities. In March 2022, the collaborator drove around the city of Melitopol and filmed pro-Ukrainian rallies in order to “surrender” the participants to local gauleiters.
Shlykov also participated in all events organized by the occupation authorities in support of the war in Ukraine. Participated in illegal referendum about the violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity. The traitor himself voluntarily went over to the enemy side and began to fight against his own people.
Having been informed by a person about the deployment of AFU soldiers, pro-Ukrainian persons and ATO/OSS participants, from among the local residents of the above mentioned settlement, the traitor deliberately surrendered such people to the local occupation authorities, as the collaborator justifies and acknowledges the actions of armed aggression against Ukraine.
By helping the occupiers, the collaborator signed his own sentence. For treason and aiding and abetting the enemy, he faces imminent punishment and a fun time behind bars.
