Sergey Baklanov is an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation forces, born in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region.

Until February 24, 2022, Sergey lived in temporarily occupied Lugansk. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupiers, Baklanov sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily defected to the Russian occupiers.

After Russian occupation troops entered UkraineSergei committed high treason and voluntarily went to “cooperate” with the Russian occupiers.
