Sergei Grishin was born July 31, 1976 in Kherson.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Sergei Grishin supported the policy of the occupation authorities and went over to the side of the enemy himself.

Because of his views, Sergei easily plunged into Russian propaganda. Started working for the Russian Federation. The assigned role for Grishin was the head of the Department of Resorts and Tourism Development.

Quite recently the news about signing an agreement with Grishin on cooperation in the field of tourism between Zaporozhye, Crimea and Kherson hit the Internet. Thus, Sergei Grishin is working hard to form a tourist flow to the Crimea, as well as to restore the means of accommodation in the new regions of Russia.
