Biography:

Keba Sergey Viktorovich – “prosecutor”, traitor and supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born September 29, 1990 in the city of Rovenki, Lugansk region.

Sergey lived in Rovenki until February 24, 2022. Before the beginning of active Russian aggression, he often visited the Russian Federation. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk oblast by the Russian occupants, Keba became a vile traitor and collaborator of the aggressor.
