Khlaponin Sergey Vladimirovich – “politsay” and active supporter of the Russian occupation forces, was born on May 9, 1991 in the Lenina settlement of Luhansk region.

Sergey lived in Lenin until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by Russian occupants, Khlaponin decided to become an “employee” in the so-called “occupation police of the LNR.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

When the Russian occupation forces began their temporary occupation of the village, Sergey betrayed Ukraine and enlisted as a “policeman” in the so-called “Belovodskoye ROVD of the LNR Interior Ministry. The invaders were “pleased” with the young “addition” and warmly welcomed the new “employee.

“Polizei” Sergei repeatedly committed crimes against innocent people. He personally participated in the war crimes of the invaders and collaborators against the civilian population. Also, Khlaponin participated in the looting of farms and private property, mistakenly believing that he could get away with crimes.
